We first tasted Stephen Curtis’ handmade Hop Soda sometime in 2012. Armed with a fancy water carbonator at the coffee shop he co-owns, Stephen began riffing on home-made soda syrups. When the house "Hop Soda" quickly proved to be an off-menu favorite, he set about finding the best way to get it in front of a bigger audience. After experimenting with producing and bottling the soda in-house, he contracted a small beverage development & canning house to achieve a consistent, scaleable product. We jumped in to do the branding and packaging for Hop Soda, and have been on board ever since, launching two additional flavors, creating marketing collateral, writing copy, and advising on strategy.
